  1. This is the FAXHAVEN Send Processing screen help file, (FHSEND.hlp).

  3. You can get a hard copy of this file by entering "Print FHSEND.hlp".

  5. ========================= Function Keys =======================================
  6. <F1>  will display this help file.
  7.  
  8. <F2>  will retrieve and display the file names for ALL image files selected.
  9.       These will be all image files of the appropriate file extension in the
  10.       chosen directory, with a timestamp more recent than the specified date
  11.       and time.  These files will usually be received FAXes, or files produced
  12.       by HQ-FAX.
  13. <shift><F2> will select all displayed files for forwarding.
  14.  
  15. <F3>  will scroll backward to the beginning of the current list of image files.
  16. <F4>  will scroll forward to the end of the current list of image files.
  17. <F7>  will send all selected files to the indicated phone number.
  18.  
  19. <ESC> will exit this screen & return to the FAXHAVEN Receive Processing screen.

  21. ==================== View Processing Input Fields =============================
  22. LIST FILES SINCE: You may trim the list of files you wish to process by enter-
  23. ing a date and/or a time here.  Enter date and time in YY/MM/DD  HH:MM format.
  24. Enter the time in military (24 hour) format.  Ex: 15:00 for 3:00pm.

  26. INPUT DIRECTORY
  27. You may override the default input directory stored in the configuration file.

  29. FILE EXT(ension)
  30. This is a protected field. You may not enter any data. The data supplied for
  31. this field is determined by the FAX modem software that you employ.
  32. You may only send files in the FAX-ready format of your chosen modem software.

  34. SEND OPTIONS
  35. You may override the default send options stored in the configuration file.
  36.  
  37. SEL
  38. Enter a 'Y' or an 'X' in this column to select individual files for sending.

  40. FILES, RECVD DT-TIME:
  41. These are protected fields, you may not input here.  This is the list of files
  42. selected.

  44. SEND TO
  45. Enter the phone number of the FAX station you wish to send to.
